The obverse with a seated maenad to the left, her torso nude, a mantle draped around her hips and legs, a thyrsos in her right hand, a tympanum in her left, a nude youth to the right, a mantle under his arm, leaning on a staff, a wreath in his lowered right hand, a grape cluster above them; the reverse with two draped youths with staffs; a band of meander and saltire squares below the scenes, laurel below the rim, tendrils and palmettes below the handles, details in added white
