Tasting note: Limpid green gold, and the nose immediately makes the digestive juices run, thanks to its lively intensity. This is medium weight, with the chewy fullness of a red wine and some tannins giving bite to the aftertaste. Acidity is perfectly accommodated, giving the impression of a dry wine; it is silky, with lovely aftertaste. "I would serve this with lobster" said Jacques Puisais, adding: "Ideally, of course, you need 3 wines to go with lobster, one for the tail, one for the claws and one for the trunk." AH
