A LOUIS XVI ORMOLU AND BLUE CUT-GLASS VASE
Late 18th Century, the square stepped plinth probably Russian and contemporary
The faceted tapering ovoid body flanked by foliate handles and surmounted by a gadrooned rim, on a stiff-leaf cup and conforming spreading base with an entrelac rim, above a stepped eared plinth mounted with rosettes, one handle restored
11¼ in. (28.5 cm.) high
