A LARGE MING-STYLE BLUE AND WHITE DISH
YONGZHENG (1723-35)
With a broad base and shallow rounded sides rising from a tapered foot, the interior painted in the early Ming style with simulated 'heaping and piling' with a ribboned lotus bouquet surrounded by a composite continuous floral meander, including lotus, chrysanthemum, peony and hibiscus blooms, below a classic scroll band around the rim, the reverse similarly painted between key pattern and classic scroll borders
