INCISED QIANLONG SIX-CHARACTER MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-95)
With shallow rounded sides rising from a high, spreading foot to a wide flaring rim, incised around the well with an Indian lotus scroll above the reign mark in the centre, the exterior and the foot with similar lotus scrolls, covered overall in an even very pale turquoise glaze stopping neatly around the foot, minor rim chip
5 5/8 in. (14.3 cm.) diam.
