THREE MINIATURE VASES; AND A BRUSH WASHER
18TH CENTURY
The first of mallet shape with slightly tapering cylindrical body, flat shoulders and short cylindrical neck, the second of pear shape with tall, ribbed neck and garlic mouth, each covered with a semi-translucent pale mustard glaze and with an underglaze-blue Jiajing six-character mark on the base, the taller 4 in. (10.2 cm.) high; the third of compressed spherical shape with a tall cylindrical neck under a white glaze, 2 15/16 in. (7.5 cm.) high; the brushwasher of compressed spherical shape with slightly recessed base under a yellowish-green mottled glaze, 4 in. (10.2 cm.) diam. (4)
