UNDERGLAZE-BLUE WANLI SIX-CHARACTER MARK WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1573-1619)
With shallow rounded sides rising from a short tapering foot to a flaring rim, incised in the centre with a five-clawed, full-faced dragon within a medallion, on the exterior with two striding dragons chasing flaming pearls, covered overall in an even white glaze stopping neatly above the foot, minor rim nick
