A khaki military shirt adorned with patches and lapel pins that Elvis wore as he portrayed Tulsa McLean in the musical that also starred Juliet Prowse; an interior Paramount label has a handwritten notation reading "Tulsa McLean;" an interior Western Costume Company label has typewritten notations reading "No. 2238-2/Elvis Presley #2;" a Western Costume Company stamp appears on inside bottom hem; a Paramount paper drycleaning tag is affixed to the inside collar. Included is a reprinted color image of EP wearing this shirt.

Included is a letter of provenance from Homer M. Gilleland, EP's hairdresser, which reads in part "He (EP) gave me this (the shirt) shortly after he finished the movie;" Gilleland's black felt-tip ink signature appearing in the lower left-hand corner.
