"Redex Challenge Trophy" - A very large and impressive large silver two-handled ornate lidded trophy cup; The annual trophy awarded to the winner of this event each year, given in perpetuity to Erik Carlsson outright, following his third consecutive victory in this highly competitive event; hallmarked stamped silver markings Belfast 19??; inscribed "The Redex Challenge Trophy" - Rallye Automobile Monte Carlo and having applied silver plaque to ebonised turned-wood base-plinth,further inscribed with previous winners names from 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961 & 1962 Carlsson & Haggblom: uninscribed thereafter won by Carlsson in 1963 & 1964. Height overall 28ins (71cm)
