With nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, the gilt matte dial with Breguet numerals, blued steel hands, the circular case with snap on back, all concealed within a hinged 18K gold United States of America Twenty Dollars coin, with the head of Lady Liberty to the cover and dated 1904, the bald eagle to the reverse, engraved inscription to the inside rim, case, coin, dial and movement signed
