This watch is accompanied by its original Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin and maroon leather folder.

Patek Philippe produced 244 examples of this model, reference 3450, between 1981 and 1986. The first series featured a red dot leap year indicator on the dial. The present watch is from the second series where the leap year indication features Roman numerals.
