With nickel-finished lever movement, 17 jewels, the black dial with applied square and luminous indexes to the outer white and red chapter ring, three white engine-turned subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds, 30 minute and 12 hour registers, the tonneau-shaped water-resistant-type case with engraved bezel calibrated for 200 units per hour, screw back and screw down crown, two round chronograph buttons in the band, together with a stainless steel Rolex Oyster bracelet and clasp, case, dial and movement signed
36 mm. diam.

Lot Essay

This watch retains its original Rolex sticker to the outside of the caseback that reads 'Rolex 6239'. It is also accompanied by its original Rolex Garantia dated 7 Mai 1968, green leather wallet, polishing cloth, green felt pouch, Rolex wooden fitted presentation box and outer packaging.
