Label reads "I found this rare, old Cognac hidden away by Mr Saulnier, who lives in Grande Champagne, the area which produces the characteristically full-bodied Brandies which are the greatest bearing the name of cognac. It comes from a barrel which Mr. Saulnier had hidden away for exhibition purposes and was obtained after many years of negotiation. It is a magnificent old Brandy, unblended and unreduced. This is one of the greatest Cognacs I have tasted in my life"
