EARLY 19TH CENTURY
The first sponged in black and yellow, with a seated milking maid in blue and yellow; the two figures modelled as 'Gardners', he wears a striped waistcoat and yellow breeches, on a green and puce scroll-moulded, titled mound base, his companion similarly modelled (damages and repairs)
The first 5½ in. (14 cm.) high; the figures 6¼ in. (16 cm. ) max. (3)
