A Hicks & Meigh Ironstone two-handled tureen and cover
CIRCA 1825
Of oval form, the cover with a knop finial on a moulded acanthus-leaf ground, with double loop handle, printed, painted and gilt with a fenced Oriental garden and jardinieres issuing scrolling flowers and foliage (restoration to side of tureen and small area to rim of cover)
