each on a rising shaped circular base chased with lion's masks, scrolls and foliage and with baluster stems formed as demi-cherubs supporting vase-shaped sockets with detachable foliate-decorated shaped circular nozzles, Thomas Gilpin, London 1750, the nozzles unmarked, the gilding probably later - 10in. (25.50cm.), 55oz. (2)
