A European gilt-metal mounted imari twin-section rectangular jardiniere, the porcelain early 18th Century
of rare form with central dividing wall, painted and gilt with panels of huts in mountainous landscape scenes, and the Three Friends of Winter, the pierced gilt metal mounts with Griffins to each corner surmounting the pierced rail and hanging graduated chains of beads to each end, the porcelain - 14 7/8in. (37.9cm.) long.
