A late 19th/early 20th Century optician's trail case,
by CURRY & PAXTON, 195, GT. PORTLAND STREET, LONDON, W., the caes compartmentalised to house spherical concave and convex lenses, cylindrical convex and concave lenses, smoked, blue and prism lenses, and two trial frames in a compartmentalised removable tray, the mahogany case with blue plush-lining in the interior and bevelled glazing to the lid, a brass escutheon (no key) and two disc locks -- 55.5 x 44cm (21¾ x 17¼in.)
