signed on the backplate J. CUTHBERT London, the 23.3cm. long body-tube with primary and secondary mirrors, screw-rod focusing, starfinder and eyepiece extension tube (dustcap missing), mounted via a compass joint to a tapering brass column with three folding oxidised-brass legs -- 21.5cm. (8½in.) high
