signed on the backplate BROADHURST CLARKSON & C.O 63 FARRINGDON R.D LONDON. E.C., the 67.8cm. long barrel painted with black crackle paint, with ray-shade and rack and pinion focusing to the eyepiece extension tube, with secondary eyepiece draw-tube, further extension tube, clear and coloured glass eyepieces and a prismatic eyepiece stamped STAR with company logo, in a fitted pine case with two brass carrying handles and two hooks and eyes -- 73.5cm. (29in.) wide, with the original mahogany tripod
