Unsigned, circa 1820
the gilt chain fusee movement with verge escapement, bridge cock with sector showing the mock pendulum, the white enamel dial with eccentric chapter ring and Arabic numerals, subsidiary dials for running seconds and date, surmounted by a painted scene of two musicians, the back of the movement covered by an engine-turned silver cover with glazed aperture revealing the mock pendulum, flanked by painted enamel discs portraying musicians, the silver case glazed to both sides with ribbed band
