Petit in-8 (157 x 101 mm.) Titre orné du portrait gravé sur bois de l'auteur en médaillon, nombreux diagrammes gravés sur bois dans le texte. (Rousseurs éparses. Annotation manuscrite ancienne siècle dans la marge du feuillet Bii faisant référence à Tartaglia.) Vélin souple du XVIIe siècle, titre manuscrit à l'encre au dos, tranches bleues. Provenance: ancien ex-libris manuscrit à l'encre sur le recto du premier feuillet blanc et numéro sur la page de titre.
