Later adapted as a stationery box, the sides decorated with medallions depicting various maidens, carnations and rose flowers, some petals inlaid with ivory, the interior fitted with various compartments

And a Regency penwork sycamore work box, of octagonal form, with paper lined divided interior -- 8in. (20cm.) wide (2)
