PRINTED MARKS IN BLUE AND INSCRIBED NUMERALS, VARIOUSLY INCISED, SECOND HALF 20TH CENTURY
Gilt and painted in colours with various perched birds and insects, the borders ozier-moulded in relief, comprising: thirteen two-handled covered soup bowls and stands, with scroll handles, the domed covers with flower-finials, 15 cm. wide; ten covered cups and stands, with pointed handles, the domed covers with strawberry-finials; one comparable covered cup with insects to the inside and domed cover with flower-finial; nine plates, 21.5 cm. diam.; twelve plates, 16.5 cm. diam.; a two-handled elongated cake dish, 36.5 cm. wide; a shaped oval dish, 22 cm. wide; a pair of shell-shaped side dishes with branch-handle, 17.5 cm. wide; a globular teapot with flat cover and flower-finial, 24 cm. wide; a baluster hot milk jug; a milk jug; a covered sugar bowl; a tripod covered sugar bowl; eight wide tea cups and seven saucers; twelve tea cups and twenty-one saucers; a pair of table-bells; an oval ashtray, 13.5 cm. wide, together with a pair of Herend quadruped vases painted with Indianische Blumen in purple-red and gilt, 10.2 cm. high, and a Dresden Meissen-style quatrefoil covered bowl (159)
