MARKED LVE FOR LAMBERTUS VAN EENHOORN AT DE METAALE POT, 1691-1724
Pannekoekjes, painted after drawings by Leonaert Bramer (1596-1674), each with a border of winged cherubs holding fruit and flowers, the lower part with inscribed banderole, the reverse with dotted motifs, comprising one depicting Abraham chasing Hagar and Ishmael, inscribed GENE.16.v.21, one depicting Jacob wrestling with the Angel, inscribed GENE.32.v.21, one depicting Judah and Tamar, inscribed GENE.38.v.17 (hairline crack), one depicting Potiphar and the Ishmaelites, inscribed GENE.39.v.1, one depicting the Flight into Egypt, inscribed MATT.2.v.1, one depicting the shepherds in the field with the Angel, inscribed LUICK.2.v.9, and one depicting Jesus and Lazarus, inscribed JOHA.11.v.44
