THE FIRST CIRCA 1745-50, THE SECOND AND THIRD CIRCA 1740, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARKS, THE SAUCER WITH PRESSNUMMER 53
The mustard-pot painted with bouquets and flower-sprays, the ozier-moulded neck with a U-shaped aperture for a spoon, the spout moulded with a bearded mask, the ozier-moulded domed cover with flower-sprays and a gilt cone finial (slight wear to gilding, white-metal handle a replacement, cover with restored rim chip and finial restuck); the coffee-pot moulded with flowering prunus, the matched cover similarly moulded about a bud finial (extensively restored); the exterior of the beaker-shaped cup and underside of the saucer moulded with three flowering sprays of prunus (cup with restored rim chip, saucer with very slight sanding from time of manufacture)
