A German porcelain gilt-metal mounted etui
Possibly late 18th century Fürstenberg
Of cylindrical form with slightly domed ends, the body painted with merchants at various pursuits by barrels, packages and a camel on the banks of a river, the foreground with a rocky outcrop, the cover similarly decorated (cover broken through and restored)
6 in. (15.2 cm.) long
