Modelled as a begging King Charles spaniel with a curly tail and brown patches to his coat, the gold collar with a rosette, on a circular scroll-moulded base enriched in gilding, the underside of the base with a wreath of flowers enclosing the crossed swords mark on a purple ground (minute chip to right ear)
