CIRCA 1753, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARKS AT BACK OF BASE
The bearded god wearing a bronzed helmet surmounted by a gilt sphinx, a pale-yellow lined pink cloak, silvered cuirass, gilt-edged blue tunic and gilt-edged red-strapped sandals with gilt lion's heads, holding a baton in his right hand and standing before a winged lion at his feet, on a shaped scroll-moulded base enriched in gilding (left index finger, lion's ear and tip of sword lacking, restoration to sphinx, baton, right hand, cuirass, left arm restuck with slight restoration to edge of cloak adjacent, slight wear to silvering and gilding)
