CIRCA 1520
Painted in blue and enriched in gold lustre, the domed centre with a letter n in Gothic script within an ogival and square-pointed octafoil, the well with blue and lustre bands within a band of ovolo ornament, the border with radiating flowers, the foliage forming arches enclosing triangles, within a concentric band border, the underside with three concentric lustre circles, the border pierced with two apertures for suspension (crack from rim at 8 o'clock through centre, slight chipping and extensive flaking to rim, further small areas of flaking, areas of slight wear to lustre, losses around apertures)
