MING DYNASTY, LATE 16TH EARLY 17TH CENTURY
The shallow, rounded interior decorated in the center with a phoenix standing on a blue rock below a four-clawed dragon emerging from clouds, below a band of lotus scroll in the well and a double dogtooth band on the everted rim, with further lotus scroll on the exterior and foliate scroll on the foot repeated on the base around a yinyang symbol
