The pair of doors and the shaped apron painted in various shades of gold and shaded dark red with phoenixes in flight amidst peony scroll rising from a band of pierced rocks and roiling waves, all within a peony scroll border, both sides painted with a twelve-lobed panel, one enclosing bats in flight beside a peach branch, the other enclosing a pair of cranes standing beneath a pine tree, and both above a landscape panel, with circular brass lock plate inscribed with five-clawed dragons; together with a key stamped, Li Yi Xing
