Each as a large fish, its open mouth with inserted liner, an octopus' tentacle wrapped around its body, on a rocky base, signed E. Sanglan and with foundry inscription Thiebaut Frères à Paris Fumière & Gavignot, one also inscribed 1ere epreuve, on a circular stepped spreading plinth
