With gilt-metal baluster gallery surmounted by fluted gilt-metal flambeaux urns, enclosing a silvered dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, twin winding holes and pierced gilt handles above a white-metal open oval cartouche, the case inlaid with panels of scrolling foliage, the sides with glazed panels, on fluted gilt-metal toupie feet, the movement stamped 'A.D. Mougin de Medallions' and numered '48212', the case incised no. '7060123T'
