On spreading cylindrical foot and with waved neck mount, with dentilled bands, Chester import marks for 1909, egg cracked and drilled
9 in. (23 cm.) high;
together with a late Victorian silver-mounted dark ostrich egg on stylised flower calyx, the foot with maker's mark of Charles Frederick Hancocks, London, 1900, the rim by Rowland Ward, 1900 - 6 in. (15.5 cm.) high; and a set of five silver-mounted dark ostrich egg teacups, en suite, by Rowland Ward, London, 1899, two cracked, one with distorted rim (7)
