Comprising:- one with beeded decoration, losses - 66 in. (168 cm.) high; a single bed with downcurved toprail - 62 in. (158 cm.) high; 42 in. (107 cm.) wide; a Victorian brass bed with, lacking finials - 45 in. (114 cm.) high; 68 in. (173 cm.) wide; a brass bed with square beaded posts - 64½ in. (164 cm.) high; 55 in. (140 cm.) wide; a bed with ball finials and cylindrical posts - 63 in. (160 cm.) high; 50 in. (127 cm.) wide; a brass and iron single bed with ball finials and label 'Maple & Co. Ltd. Lot Essay

Some of these beds were almost certainly used by the 'Flying Duchess', Mary, 11th Duchess of Bedford on her yacht Saphire (illustrated in situ in The Guide Book, 1999, p.25).
