Cross-banded throughout, with a later burr-birch and ash-moulded top and seven drawers around an arched panelled cupboard enclosing shelves and a further small drawer, on a raised plinth with bracket feet, labelled to the underside 'LOCHMORE/NO 196/1948', also with a printed label 'HIS GRACE/THE DUKE OF WESTMINSTER, G.C.V.O., D.S.O./BOURDON HOUSE,/DAVIES STREET/LONDON, W.1.', the feet replaced
