MARK OF JAMES YOUNG & ORLANDO JACKSON, LONDON, 1774
The vase shaped body with fluted motifs and a central flower and drapery swag motif within beaded borders, with a ribbon tied husk surrounded medallion engraved with initials, supported on a conforming foot, with a scroll handle, the hinged cover with a pineapple finials, the loaded base later engraved In remembrance of Mr. Godfrey Lewis who died 12 June 1789 - 12¼in. (31cm.) high.
