The box with lobed corners, openwork panels of prunus branches on the sides and vaporous clouds on the cover which is applied with two well-carved ivory figures, one a priest or luohan, the other holding a staff and wearing a belted tunic and a scarf knotted around his neck, the interior of the box with pewter liner
