Four surimono, the first the right sheet of a triptych of a beauty walking at night with poems above by Shinsentei Hyoku, Shisendo Kiyoshi and Shinchikuen Jume..(?) of the Manji poetry circle, signed Toyokuni ga and toshidama seal; the second Do--Rinchu (Earth--Lin Chong [Rinchu]) depicting the hero inscribing a poem upon a wall, poems beside by Seiyokan Umeyo and Kagedo Tsugiho, from the series Suiko gogyo (The Suikoden compared to the five elements), signed Go Hokkei; the third, Meiji period, a crow perched on a torii gate, rising sun and two poems, from the series Oeren sanko (Three examples of the color red for the Oe Circle), with signature Gakutei and with two artists' seals; and with another of a lobster as a treasure ship, signed Toyohiro ga--very good and good impressions, gauffrage, metallic embellishments, soiled and stained, some faded, mat burn third and last
