Fernando Gamboa (1906-1990) was a leading Mexican art historian, educator, art critic, cultural promoter and diplomat, organizing several definitive exhibitions of Mexican arts and culture during his directorship of both the Sala Nacional de Bellas Artes and the Museo de Arte Moderno in Chapultepec.
This print is mounted on an unusually large exhibition-style mount.
