Wuthuq al-Dawla, (Mirza Hasan Khan Wuthuq al-Dawla) was an official of Nasir al-Din Shah period who rose to become the Prime Minister under Muzaffar al-Din Shah in 1334/1916, the year this manuscript was given to him (M.
