The aventurine butterfly encased in this unique weight was sent to Debbie Tarsitano by Paul Ysart from Wick Scotland in the mid 1980's. It was packaged in a Scottish soap box.

The butterfly with aventurine body, red head, black antennae and multi-coloured millefiori wings hovers beside a tall 'Pin' flower with pink and white stamen center, growing from a brown stalk issuing four green leaves and a bud, further ridged sepals and four large green leaves about the flower, star-cut base
