The first a nosegay composed of a purple and yellow pansy with black markings, a turquoise flower with five ridged petals and a quatrefoil yellow flower, growing from adjoining stems, with numerous leaves about the flower, cut with top and six side printies, 2 1/8 in. (5.4 cm.) diameter; 1 3/8 in. (3.5 cm.) high; the second set with three pale-blue shaded white bellflowers, growing from an upright stem issuing numerous green leaves and four buds, similarly faceted, 2 3/8 in. (6.1cm.) diameter; 1½ in. (3.8 cm.) high (2)
