"(35 hl/ha yields, 35 new oak with some declassified younger vine grand cru juice added; 85 of this comes from Les Epointures from vines between 30 and 50 years of age). Slight note of reduction yet there is superb material underneath it. Dense fruit laced with massive amounts of Gevrey earth and an intensity that made me look twice at the indication on the barrel, just to be sure Bernard had not put a grand cru in my glass by mistake.
