of tapering cylindrical form and on a spreading foot, with a shell-chased leaf-capped rising curved spout, ebonised wood scroll handle and domed hinged cover with baluster finial, chased and embossed extensively with rococo flowers and foliage and with two C-scroll cartouches with bird surmounts, one engraved with a monogram, maker's initials T.W. with a pellet between, London 1766 - 9½in. (24.25cm.), 26oz. gross.
