IN THE MANNER OF THOMAS CHIPPENDALE, CIRCA 1775
Each with foliate-carved outscrolled sides terminating in paterae, over a padded seat covered in blue parrot-patterned silk above a fluted serpentine seatrail interspersed with paterae and centering a laurel swag, over square tapering fluted legs, one bearing a paper label for the British Antique Dealers Association/Art Treasures Exhibition/1932/No 188
