The shaped top with a central frieze drawer above fan-carved spandrels to the recess flanked by hinged drawers modelled as two drawers on square tapering legs with spade feet, bearing old Christie's catalogue description to carcase behind the right door and inscribed Christie's/9.5.74 and with a White and Co. depository label inscribed Miss B. Middleton and numbered 125, the handles apparently original
