MARK OF HILLIARD & THOMASON, BIRMINGHAM, POSSIBLY 1875
Rectangular wallet-style, one side stamped in relief with a crane amidst bamboo and a flowering shrub, the reverse engraved with fruit laden vines -- 3 7/8ins. (9.8cms.); a further late Victorian card case, each side engraved with scrollwork, George Unite, Birmingham 1900 -- 3 7/8ins. (10cms.); and a Victorian engine-turned card case with slide action cover, the base hinged to form two holding compartments, C.B., London 1881 -- 3 3/8ins. (8.5cms.)
