Decorated in iron-red, gilt, black and translucent enamel colours with a garden scene after an engraving by the French draughtsman Pater entitled 'Le dénicheur d'oiseaux', showing a seated European couple, the woman opening a birdcage to let in the bird which the man is holding in his hand (2)
